Backs stomach stones serve as a denture for the pigeon in the gizzard. Without pebbles, the pigeon’s grains are digested much more poorly. In addition, stomach stones are not dissolved by the stomach acid and therefore last longer than calcite. Backs Stomach Tiles are fire dried and bacteria free

Backs stomach stones should be made available to the pigeons in a separate bowl.
