Before flight: 10 ml – 1 liter of water. 1 day before use + day of use.
After the flight: 10 ml – 1 liter of water. Return day + 1 more day.
For light flights: 2 days, for heavy flights: 3 days. There is no such thing as too much.
The combination: Nano Tollyamin 10ml – 1 liter of water plus Med. Tollyamin Forte 10ml – 1 liter of water is sensible and important because Nano Tollyamin does not contain any B vitamins or electrolytes, only amino acids.
