On contact with the active ingredient, the insect pests dust themselves and die within a short time. Resistance is not known due to the biophysical effect! Application: Shake well before use. A uniform spray mist should be applied at a distance of 30 cm in the cleaned barn. The moisture that occurs immediately after spraying evaporates quickly and leaves behind an even film of diatomaceous earth. If necessary, also spray Bio Mite Death Spray under perches, in U-profiles and under egg covers. These areas must be checked regularly and treated if necessary. An incipient mite infestation, which can be limited to certain areas, should be treated with a targeted spot treatment.
If the poultry are out of doors, they must be treated while the house is still warm and the mites are active. This is when the likelihood of reaching all developmental stages is greatest. As a preventive measure, it is recommended to apply a layer of diatomaceous earth to the entire system after thorough cleaning, disinfection and drying.
