The administration of Boost X5 before the flight helps to avoid muscle loss during the flight. Boost X5 gives you more strength and endurance and thus contributes to a successful flight. Pigeons use a lot of energy during the flight. Thanks to the unique composition, Boost X5 ensures that the energy obtained is stored efficiently (effect of L-glutamine) and released again as required (effect of L-carnitine). During the flight, the pigeon has to go to its limit and the glucose, glycogen and fat reserves are used up, and the pigeon uses its own muscle tissue to meet its energy requirements. Due to the presence of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) in Boost X5, the pigeon can use these amino acids as an energy source in emergency situations. In this way, Boost X5 prevents the pigeon from losing its own muscle mass. The rice bran (a source of gamma oryzanol) in Boost X5 helps prevent muscle breakdown if the reserves are insufficient.
