When you purchase goods, you are entitled to at least a two-year statutory warranty under EU law. These rights apply regardless of any additional manufacturer’s warranty and are provided to you free of charge.
If the delivered goods are defective, you may request repair or replacement within the warranty period. If neither option is possible or if they fail, you may request a price reduction or cancel the contract. To do so, simply contact our customer service.
